a) In consideration of application for 14 day credit being approved, the Customer undertakes to settle all accounts promptly and to notify Snackrite immediately of any change in the particulars set out above.

b) Risk of the goods will pass to the Customer on delivery of the goods.

c) Ownership of the goods will not pass to the Customer until full payment for the goods is received by Snackrite.

d) Any sums due under this agreement that are not paid on the due date accrue interest daily at 10%p.a.

e) Should payment remain outstanding beyond the payment terms as above, the Customer is liable for all costs including legal costs and agents fees incurred by the Snackrite in recovering the amount outstanding.

f) The Customer hereby grants permission for Snackrite to contact the Customer’s Lessor, Bank and References.

g) The law of all contracts arising between Snackrite and the Customer is the law of the State of Queensland and the parties agree that all claims and disputes relating to the goods sold shall be determined in a Court of competent jurisdiction nearest Brisbane.
